Terms of service

These terms govern your use of tinyship, a subscription-based web design, hosting, and maintenance service operated by Aniwear LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company doing business as "tinyship" (referred to in these terms as "tinyship," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to a plan or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

For new customers accepting this offer, Tinyship provides one template-based cleaning business website for $149 USD per month, with $0 setup, plus applicable taxes. Existing customers retain their agreed plan unless they accept a change.

• Up to three pages, a mobile-friendly layout, click-to-call links, and a quote request form.
• Hosting, HTTPS, uptime monitoring, basic page titles and descriptions, and a sitemap.
• Two small edit requests per billing month, totaling up to 30 minutes of work. Small edits include text corrections, supplied photo swaps, and contact or hours updates. Unused requests and time do not roll over.
• A response within two business days, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Response time is not a promise that every request will be completed within that period.

Extra pages, redesigns, ongoing content creation, ecommerce, mailbox administration, custom applications, and third-party subscriptions are excluded. Additional work requires a separate quote and your approval.

A preview request is free and does not create a subscription. We confirm the business details, required content, domain access, and launch date with you. Publication requires your approval. We do not promise search rankings, traffic, or customer inquiries.

2. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time through the secure billing portal or by emailing tyler@tinyship.net. Cancellation stops future charges. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the service through that date.

Past payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Pro-rated refunds for partial months are not provided. If tinyship materially fails to deliver the service as described in these terms (for example, the site is offline for more than 7 consecutive days due to tinyship's negligence), we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, brand materials, and similar). By subscribing, you grant tinyship a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of building, hosting, and maintaining your website.

tinyship retains ownership of the underlying website templates, design system, code patterns, and infrastructure it develops. The customized output specific to your business — your text, images, configuration, and your domain — belongs to you.

Domain ownership

Your domain stays in your registrar account. You pay registration and renewal fees directly to your registrar. You may grant Tinyship the limited access needed to connect the website.

Handoff on cancellation

Cancellation ends hosting and maintenance at the end of the paid billing period. Within seven business days of your request, we provide a static export of your customized website (HTML, CSS, permitted image assets, and your supplied content). You may host this export elsewhere; the included license to template code allows use as your business website. Hosted forms and other service integrations require replacement or configuration with your next provider.

Your domain remains yours. Request your export within 30 days of cancellation. We may remove retained website files after that period with reasonable notice; records retained for billing or legal purposes follow our privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use tinyship for:

• Activities that violate any applicable law
• Hosting illegal content
• Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or other deceptive practices
• Adult content, online gambling, or other categories restricted by our hosting provider's terms
• Activities that materially harm tinyship, our other customers, or third parties

tinyship may suspend or terminate the service immediately for violations of this section, with no refund obligation.

5. Disclaimers and limitations of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." tinyship does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, except as expressly stated in these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tinyship's total cumulative liability arising from or related to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid to tinyship in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tinyship is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

6. Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify these terms with at least 30 days' advance written notice sent to your subscriber email. If you do not agree to the changes, your remedy is to cancel before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

We may modify or discontinue features of the service. We will not materially reduce the features included in your plan without notice and the option to cancel.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
